The company was established on 1956 with the aid of (Unicef) organization by rendering the machinery & equipment which included

    milk sterilization and filling  line capacity of 3 tons/ hr and butter production line capacity 3 tons/ day depending on raw  milk supplied

    locally . The work in the company has extended to include ten factories in different areas of Baghdad and governorates with milk

   collecting centers situated in near areas and getting liquid milk from breeders. These factories produce most dairy products like

   (sterilized milk, yoghurt, cream, butter, ice – cream and various cheeses ).

     In 1989, four factories remained to the company:

     a- Baghdad / Abu-Ghraib factory

     b- Mosul factory

     c- Diwaniya factory

     d- Baby milk factory for production of baby milk and powdered milk for the elders .

    Our company has recently invited many companies to supply machineries & equipments and raw materials from donation

    countries for the reconstruction of Iraq in on effort to develop our company projects The company has adapted the 150 system

    through conducting training courses for top management & advanced personal in the company Also the company has issued

    the guidelines for quality system ISO , planning & guidelines for operation of quality system ISO, definition of work and guide for

    instructions for work. 60% has been achieved and 40% remained. Work is still in progress to .achieve the certification for ISO
